Rogers Employment Group, Inc. is a locally owned full service staffing firm. Since 1984 we have been helping both employers and those seeking employment to find solutions for their employment needs. Prior to our incorporation we operated under the names of Shaw Employment Agency, Service Specialists Personnel and Total Temporaries. Today we operate under the corporate umbrella as well as Total Temporaries for our staffing agency.
The agency has built a reputation of providing quality service with a commitment to both our client companies and the applicants we represent. We are driven by three rules of business – Honesty, Integrity and Consistency.
Honesty…. We will tell applicants, based on their skill sets what we can possibly do for them or not do. We will tell client companies if we can fill the position or if we cannot. We will always follow up and do our best to be punctual and efficient.
Integrity…. As certified Human Resource Professionals we will make sure we follow proper procedures and laws during the hiring process.
Consistency…. Whether it is our billing structure, placement process or interviewing strategies we will always treat each client and each applicant with the same professionalism in filling open positions or conducting job searches.
